The Heeseberg Museum is located on a listed farm in the village of Watenstedt am Heeseberg, in the south of the district of Helmstedt. A wide variety of agricultural, craft, household and school equipment and documents are on display on an exhibition area of around 1700 square metres. Historical documents, a permanent archaeological exhibition about the excavations at the Hünenburg and geological finds and fossils from the Heeseberg can be seen in the house built in 1850.
