Bat, beech forest & forester's lodge

There is a lot to experience on this guided walk to Meseckenheide. The group is picked up at the bus stop and we walk together to the first starting point, a bat roost in an old pump house. There we talk about these special animals. From here, we continue to a ruin that was excavated a few years ago. Did an old castle once stand here? We continue along the ponds in Bad Helmstedt until we finally reach the forest at Meseckenheide. There, the children can explore the building of the former Meseckenheide forestry office. There are exciting boards to discover along the way and a great nest swing. After a break, some educational forest games and activities await the children.
